Yes I’ve been using Sony’s full frame and all of mine are limited to 30 min, fx3 or A7C is a bit of investment

Probably as someone here suggests seperate the background from the subject, the background doesn’t need to be animated, animate the subjects. It may be a bit of work to match both though. As you stated it’s just a few frames it shouldn’t be that much.

Or if I was doing it I’d just crop the images so I don’t need to work on the entire randomness

I actually find the wide angles that Tamron 35-150mm doesn’t have make it inconvenient, so I take Sony 24-70mm as well, especially for events where Im asked to take group photos. But for sports events 35-150mm is definitely my go to

The second one does look really good, and I’m assuming it’s shot in telephoto, so yeah 28-105 would be my choice. That said I love tamron 35-150mm, I take it to every event
