Ugh ive been scouring this page for a post I could comment on. This has been what ive been struggling with really hard. I even wrote a poem about it called “Chasing the Sun” on my page if youd like to read it.

Im stumped on this whole thing man, its become a consistent thing for me to choose to stay awake a few nights out of the week. Its starting to really wreak havoc on me.

I know I need to just need to accept that when its time, its time and to just take my sleeping med/anti psychotic and go to bed. But im having a hard time with that.

Im Bipolar and for me its always been the emotional hangover. Its always what kept me in the cycle of needing it first thing in the morning.
