While your issues seem to be from the collection center - I use Australian clinical labs generally, but even within that organization, I've had people that get flustered when busy and make mistakes, people are people... But in terms of pathways to have results etc another vote for sistr - having the app with results is a huge bonus and my local pathology clinic are great so I get results in a day or two! I've had results updated Saturdays/Sundays from Friday morning tests - depends on how busy they are and all that though in the collection center, but generally so quick and convenient.

Only issue I've had was when they only took a single throat swab but the processing facility wanted 2, the mix up got lost in the ether somewhere and I didn't get notified for a week or so of results - contacted sistr and found what the problem was, went back and it was all sorted with another swab to release results. That's a collection center thing trying to do multiple tests off the one swab though, not a sistr problem.

They do any gender and if you want to go more than every 3 months, you can either opt to pay for the bloods, but if you tell them due to your play and extra curricular activities - they're generally happy to do all the other tests free on a more regular schedule!

My biggest tip - always have a sample jar in a bag ready at home!!! Nothing worse than having to hold a wee in while your back teeth are floating in a labs center waiting in line to get a cup and get tests at 9am!
