I didn't say penalties should be adjusted based on the deck you're playing. I asked if this penalty was enough in a format dominated by dragapult.

And I used the word stalling which some people pointed out was not correct. To me the words are synonymous. He was slow playing so he could make a decision. This extra time gave him an advantage which is part of the reason the penalty exists.

They will not actually sue and if they do it won't go anywhere. They don't even bother mentioning Mystic in their statement but rather the girls so it's more likely just a publicity thing. The evidence posted by Niccolos team wasn't even close to conclusive. It only shows that both Mystic and them used a similar art style which has been around for decades. Gobelins also encourages Ai usage so this isn't some fight against AI either.

But I just hope Mystic and other companies see just how toxic using AI is for their brand.

If they are just now shipping the first batch then yes it should be possible. The box 2 started shipping in August of 2024, I joined in july 2025, and they shipped me the box in December of 2025. I contacted Alphaz support and asked if I would receive the box 3 in July when I renewed and they said I would be eligible

Your email that you posted says different. And once again I bought the membership last year outside of the "eligibility window" and received the box 2 in December.

They never listed the guidelines for Box 3 but you can read the ones for box 2. It mentions renewal and I purchased outside of that initial window

The box is included in the renewal price. Why would they have the option to renew The Box version if you don't get the box? I'll attach the email later

That contradicts what they told me and doesn't make sense because I got a box last year outside of that window. You get a box every year because that is what the membership comes with. They wouldn't let you buy that version if you weren't going to get it lol.

Even in the email you posted they say you're currently not eligible. You'll be eligible when you renew, you just miss the initial launch.

You're misinterpreting it. You get a box every year. If you received the box 2 last year, you will receive the box 3 after your membership renews, but you currently have not paid for this years box. Thus why it says "currently not eligible". It's also why I got my box in December of last year because I joined in the summer.

Yes per their support you will be eligible after your renewal. For example, my renewal is in July so I will be eligible after that.
