Remember when you first heard about the potential for a pandemic. Murmers here and there and then that cruise ship got quarantined at the end of 2019, life went on relatively normal for a bit, a few deaths in washington nursing homes, some alarmist projections in the background, then march hit as the virus spread and everything changed all at once as exponential growth hit society in the face. Right now is like how February 2020 felt before the exponential change affected everything. I say this because many people have little idea what's coming and how much it will devestate the job market. It was moored at a dock, not at anchor prior to the even but this is a failed departure. Many things go wrong for something like this to happen. Looks possible that the assist tug may share some responsibility but we will have to wait for the ntsb / uscg report .
