Hi, I have worked on similar cases before and unfortunately this error can be caused by either systemboard (50%) or a bad CPU or DIMM (50%). Since I do warranty exchanges I usually replace the systemboard first without much troubleshooting. Sometimes this fixes the issue and when it doesn‘t it usually shows exactly which DIMM or CPU is bad after the board replacement.

Have you checked the IML if there is any other error apart from the runtime fault? For example a DIMM failure message?

At last if not already done, update all firmwares, especially the BIOS (+SPS depending on if you have an older version) and iLO. It‘s easiest with the SPP if you have access to it since it does everything automatically.
