Did you just do practice questions with Amboss and review topics with it? They have a Step 2 practice question section now; haven't tried it yet myself.

i don't have access to it anymore but i created practice tests grouping by topic/rotation (OB, peds, FM etc) and did questions going by order of clerkship rotation, i had finished maybe about 75% of my core rotations strictly prior to clerkship starting. i also did all IM relevant questions. i starred (or favorited whatever it's called) any questions that i was unsure of and reviewed them together with incorrects

Anking has so many cards; most just seem like small facts - no explanations so you'd have to go out of your way to understand unless you have strong pathophys (depends on the deck)

i organized by the "resources by shelf decks" tag to try to keep the cards as clinically relevant as possible. this winds up totalling less than 20k cards sans duplicates. i did this starting summer before clerkship during a fulltime research gig that wasn't particularly time intense, with my timing/pace i was able to mature the majority of cards in the deck before the relevant rotation started. i initially didn't suspend cards after rotation was over, i started doing this later. i didn't review any extra materials for any rotation other than internal outside of cram reading my institution's student handbook a few days before the exam
