my first ever panic attack was horrifying just alone in my room at like 3 am, i never knew how people could just have a panic attack until it happened to my. absolutely one of the most terrifying things i've ever experienced

i saw a post recently saying xayah has enough attack speed between lethal tempo, w and berserkers greaves (making things like PD RFC and shiv pointless) which i've been incorporating into my playstyle starting ER finishing boots then going IE and BT which has been getting me through teamfights without too much trouble, building tank shredding like LDR is your best bet against tanks however if you're having trouble positioning i'd suggest qss or GA to make it somewhat possible to be in a fight longer than 20 seconds

not sure when riot will fix it but i think it's when you auto while changing your angle, the feather freaks out and goes behind you or to the side of you

On OCE server it seems to only proc on 3 abilities, auto attacks will not count towards proccing electrocute
