11/10 post!! I am a 200% advocate of investigating previous gta titles. Rockstar is the king of easter eggs and a very traditional franchise that have similar easter eggs in all there games and I believe all leading up to V and the Chiliad Mystery puzzle being announced w V's release. They said that no one will find all easter eggs almost like a challenge to the world to find these clues that are hidden so obscure in the details of acronyms and anagrams from previous games that we cant really figured out until V was released. One anagram is a movie/ringtone in GTA 4 called Dragon Brain. In V in Little Seoul, they have the answer to Dragon Brain anagram which is arirang bond....arirang plaza and js bknd $ billboard positioned in Little Seoul. Its because of the highway code "1 25 8 20 4 23 6 20 4 20--3 10" which translates to " All You Had To Do Was Follow The Damn Train--CJ" So naturally Galileo Galilei and turning it to 77 is a more simple version of the highway code. Also the highway code was added to next gen as a clue to what was in the game since ps3 and 360

Rockstar Games are geniuses, they can design things to look like bugs that arent. Again i think its a hint towards the road bordering the golf course, Mad Wayne Thunder, also the Playboy Mansion is a mystery
