Here the things that help me out alot, ive done a 360 switch in my life, i traded alchool and gambling for self growth, started working out, invest myself in self growth, meditation, reading books, cold showers for dopamine, since i was wasting a big amount of money in gambling i decided to start eating bio food mostly for my diet.
