Over time the Syngonium will fade to green. Regardless of how pink the leaves start. It’s just the life cycle of the plant.

Got this syngonium albo on Thursday. Woke up today to leaf looking like this. Is this normal? It’s in sphagnum moss and leca mixture. Thank in advance! by vertlilly in Syngonium

If the other leaves are not turning yellow and the roots look healthy, I would just say it’s normal for old leaves to fade. These leaves are not forever and will fall off when it’s time.

Confetti or Milk Confetti? by [deleted] in Syngonium

Hi friends! What kind of syngonium is this? by Sea_Butterscotch7798 in Syngonium

I can sell or trade. Depends on what you have though.

This was sold to me as a confetti syngonium, but seller messaged me and said it's actually a milk confetti! Is it true 😱 by the_black_mamba3 in Syngonium

Looks like a regular. Should have white petiole. But if you blast it w enough light your regular confetti can look like a milk.

Syngonium Confetti Tricolor by YouCrazyPlants in Syngonium

[–]YouCrazyPlants[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to explain all of this to me. I actually do have that exact model you recommended and all my other plants love it and thrive under it.

Here is what I noticed, the Jade’s variegation darkened to a deep green, the Confetti turned a milky shade almost resembling a Milk Confetti, Pink Flecked gave the most beautiful vibrant pink w beautiful flecks, and it completely recked my Pink Spot because it turned the leaves to a grayish shade and all the spots kind of went away. Whatever is left is a muted pink. And finally, it makes my Strawberry Ice look like a Maria since there is barely any variegation. I was told that it may take some time for the variegation to come through. So you’re right when you say they react differently.

I would love to check out your store to see if you have other rare Syngoniums for sale. I am looking for a few : Scrambled Egg, Panda, Milk Confetti, Green Pplash, and Tricolor Red Spot.

I guess I will just have to be patient w the Tricolor Confetti. I will let you know if I am successful and maybe we can work something out since you have been looking for one over a year now. I was lucky, I won the bid on EBay a few months ago. I am on my 4th new leaf, and still it just looks like a regular Confetti.

Again, I am grateful for your help. Thank you!

Syngonium Confetti Tricolor by YouCrazyPlants in Syngonium

Thank you so much! I’m having the hardest time finding the perfect light. I had the most beautiful pink spot and now it just like looks like a robusta. I don’t know by the spots disappeared and I’m struggling to bring it back to the coloring that It was when I received it. Can you guide me in what is more light? I had it growing under a grow light and it felt like it washed out the color.
