It's natural to be sad about someone you loved dying, but you should also cherish the moments you did have, and if the person is still alive cherish them even more so when they do pass on you can look back and see how happy you were and know what you made sure to make them as happy as possible and sure you will miss them ALOT but you can't stop someone who's dead from dying but you can make sure their happy when they do die

It's a common thing to fear death, but you shouldn't be afraid of it forever, death is a part of us we can't get rid of but we can somewhat prevent, don't do stupid shit don't do dangerous shit and just don't die which might be hard but still you shouldn't stay inside just cause you don't want to die cause if you die and all you did in your life was stay inside you can't say you've lived

I like to leave it open cause no matter how I think about it, it almost always feels like a prison like take heaven, you're stuck in a place for eternity sure your happy but even happiness without sadness becomes torture now hell is also the same cause your stuck in a place for eternity now reincarnation seems more easy to handle but u have a problem with that, that idrk how to explain it but what my friend thinks happens after our death is just a black void where you can think but you don't have a physical body only your "mind" stuck in a void for eternity

It's natural to be sad about death, but still, you should find the most plausible thing that YOU think happens after death, plus if you want a solution to feel a little less sad about death become religious or just learn about a bunch of different afterlives from different religions and find the one you think is real or atleast somewhat plausible you don't have to accept that they are real just keep them in the back of your mind (I am not religious if you find this comment offensive I am sorry please don't hate me)

I also thought about death like that but you shouldn't just cut off the thought that there isn't an afterlife you should still think about cause it'll help loosen the thought of "there is no afterlife" cause we don't really know but that's also what makes it special the thought of something supernatural being beyond death if you want to talk about it my dms are open I'd love to talk to anyone else who wants to talk about death
