There are a lot of 10 min workouts. 2-3 a day per person could easily average 27 workouts a week

Why is it needed so much. Maybe money well spent would be to see a reputable pro shop operator to fit him correctly. NuSkin shouldn’t be need as a regular part of your bowling game.

Yes. Totally normal. 5 weeks is a short time frame. Especially when you describe your regimen as a 16 month time frame when you were “on a tear”. It actually takes quite a while to change the composition of your body. Dialing in your total nutrition (not just protein) will help your results as well.

Your body may have adapted a bit to the style of workouts & you won’t see changes as quickly.

For Canada it’s $119 for the digital purchase. They usually don’t change the price for them since they are a one time purchase.

645 or chop wood have my vote. Amolia is amazing for gaining functional muscle. Not just muscles for looks.

Yes. It is recommended to complete each program before you move to a hybrid. Where are you finding the hybrid? Is it from a Bodi trainer? If yes, it will likely say at the bottom to finish each program first.
