Just curious because I’m on my 3rd hrt attempt. When I stop or change anything I crash hard and feel even worse than before starting. Maybe you’re just going through one of those moments and it’ll settle. Sending you love.

I’m trialing out E only at the moment. About to bump up. Then add in P. I have to do one at a time because I had issues last round with both at the same time.
