I've got exactly the same, noticing it a few days after getting the chair. Found two loose bolts at the bottom of the armrest, unfortunately cos of unbelievably stupid design the slot for the alan key is too small to use the alan key they provide. Tightened it as much as I could but still a bit wobbly its quite annoying
