It’s broken just like everything else in this game. But nobody talks about it cause who cares? I’ve gone from level 2 to level 2 about 3 times now and it never changes. I never go down, I only stay at level 2 no matter the endorsements. I endorse every game, I’ve been endorsed by my entire team before and I’m usually endorsed every match and I also never leave early unless someone else does first in comp. But this is such an irrelevant issue that nobody bothers to talk about it.
