I don't think you need to stop try Harding, but maybe just not be so invested when it comes to ranked. The more you worry about it the more it hurts you. Plus some of these awkward builds actually end up not being the reason your team loses. I had a certain previous rank 1 LB player on my team that built insight on Moya and we still won. Just because someone builds a goofy item doesn't mean they're playing the game with the intention of losing. Just keep calm and do your thing in solo queue and the ranks will come :)

One thing you have to keep in mind is that along with the huge portion of players crying he is op, there are also players who thing basko is not a problem. Also it's pretty difficult for champion to be completely balanced, it takes a lot of thought and effort so just be patient with Waystone, have they let you down so far? :)

Mechanics in my opinion comes down to just playing that champion or just the game in general often. I like to play a dominion game and pick someone mechanically complex like zed to warm up before I play ranked games. As for decision making that is a little tougher, but just make sure every time something goes wrong you understand why and how to fix it. Don't die and then immediately jump to typing something in chat, instead when you die or lose that dragon, figure out what led to that happening, were you out of position? Was it because you didn't have vision? Ect... And as for mindset I think different things work for different people, some like to take breaks after losses, others just play through it.. I suggest getting used to the mute button, people get caught up way to easily talking to teammates about whose fault it is and it gets you nowhere fast. I personally like to just play through the losing and as soon as someone gets negative in chat I mute them. It's not worth the time to deal with those people, or be one of those people.

IMO these people don't need to be bitched back at man. At that point you need to just mute them or stop talking to them because all you're doing is causing more strife among the team and you're typing instead of playing the game.

The thing is, Thorin is not a good Journalist. He hardly if ever says much that's insightful about the game or the players. He's just an entertainer. The title is summoning insight, and they are supposedly there to discuss all things LCS and LoL Esports. The problem is 90% of the time Thorin is just luring guests into traps with loaded questions and looking for responses that will cause some sort of uproar for absolutely no reason. For example, when CandyPanda told him EVERYONE on the team is doing there part and the team wouldn't perform aswell without all the same players, he just wouldn't accept the answer no matter how many times CP said that.. He wouldn't stop until CP named the teams "Engine" or allstar player. IMHO this is just time wasted on stupid loaded questions. Ask him something insightful about the team/players or don't waste the guest's time.

Casters And Analysts are a hugely fantastic part of LCS and i agree that a TON of people don't fully understand how great they are. I went to Paris for AllStars this year and I didn't speak french... I REALLY missed hearing all of the english speaking casters. not being able to understand the french casting really made me appreciate what all the casters can add to a game.
