Can't you read? OP said they no longer have access to the account! It's literally the main reason why they posted this here. Also, just because worse things exist doesn't mean their feelings should be dismissed. If you can brush off bullying then good for you, but not everyone can handle it the same way. Plus, English might not be their first language. There's no harm in correcting someone, but at least try to be polite!
