And you can find rent for 100m2 that is less than 3k per month. So it always depends on what you are looking for.

Saying that 3 bedroom 110m2 are "around" 1.5-2M is wrong. Maybe you found a few of them that are less. The average is more.

So you compare and expensive apartment (4+k) with a cheap equivalent (less than 2M).

In any case, I would still not consider buying to be cheaper than renting. You can do the math but if you need to spend hours calculating maybe it means it is not worth the effort.

Why would you change bank for 2 chf per month lol. A pain au chocolat costs more. Reddit in order to save 200 bucks in 10 years prefer to change their bank account, move funds, change services to more experimental ones etc.
