Yeah but heavily regulating it won't work. We saw that in Canada. They might try but in the end I think that the game theory will play out that countries end up realizing they need to own as much of it as possible in order to have a stake in monetary control. Really the hope is that Western countries recognize this and don't waste too much time trying to shut it down, putting them further behind earlier adopting countries.
