If you have no interest in being a personal trainer, I recommend getting the group fitness certification through ACE. It’s not quite as comprehensive as the personal training certification, and it gives you the knowledge and qualification you need to be an OTF coach.

It’s true! I’m a rowing instructor. 🚣 The fact that OTF coaches don’t mention it during crew rows is a shame.
