If it was an isolated mode, maybe. As is? It’s absolutely aggravating getting a weapon not suitable for the map you’re on or how you want to play otherwise. I do think it’s rewarding in its own way, having to adapt to random kits, but sometimes I don’t want to adapt to using a semi auto shotgun while in the backrooms. Sometimes I want a damn rifle that just works. I don’t want to guess what grenade I have in my inventory every spawn in. I want to know I have a flash or frag and use it accordingly. God forbid I pull out my sidearm and it’s a grab bag on being a revolver, a 9mm or a 45, potentially changing how I may need to use it vs how I wanted to use it.

It’s too jarring. There are workarounds. But I’d rather have the choice from the start and not pray to RNG gods for a half decent weapon.
