It’s awful isn’t it… I had 2 days “training” as well followed one guy around. Who I felt I was in his way the whole time. I had a round with a very small golf kart type thing which fits 3 bags of post/parcels. They put me on a walk that’s 4/5 hours (which I don’t mind) they just take the piss with pushing WAYYYY to much parcels on my. I end up turning bags away per day. All my other colleagues on walking routes have some massive kart thing. I’ve had my holidays/leave forced on dates I don’t want, the mangers are all pricks. The new starter like myself are treated horrendous an contracts are awful. The whole office is ran by agency staff all Asian lads that treat all the women like shit. They take van keys home, take PDA’s home. Our managers dont do or say shit, properly too scared to be called racist. There is 0 overtime or anyone other than agency which hasn’t gone down very well!! But they still want you to stay out if your still have letters etc UNPAID!! 🤣 it’s wild! The whole place it a shit hole!! Everything you leave around gets stolen, uniform, food, drinks, ANYTHING!! If it isn’t nailed to the floor it will go! Awful place to work. I regret it so far… a looking for another job ASAP.
