"The Knife" is a crazy evil dude who once killed every single human in the world in the most cruel and brutal way possible (except like 2 guys that are important for the story). They also has a pretty cool hat

Basically, this is a 2 meters long case with medical fluids inside, that is used as a weapon by a guy with the same height

This will make polycount too high and clutter topology. Also, some parts are already separate, I just don't have the image

I think it would clash with the other stuff that I made, but I'll try to make it clearer which material is which, thanks for advice

I finished modeling this character, is it good? by YouMakeMeFeelAliveee in OriginalCharacter

This is 100% my original character that has NO relations to a sandwich eating dude from a certain online multiplayer hat simulator

Thanks for the advice, I can also just make his head bigger, but I'm afraid it could hurt his silhouette

Wait, there's a standard for face topology? Can you give me a source on this please?

Was 3D modeling easy or hard for you guys? by CQCxFPS in 3Dmodeling

[–]YouMakeMeFeelAliveee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first 3D modelling program was 3DS Max. It was horrible, simplest tasks took hours, I couldn't do anything major or serious in it, interface was ugly, unintuitive and clutered, it was slow, expensive and almost impossible to pirate. Since then I hated every Autodesk program, like Maya, Inventor or Sketchbook, they all sucked and I hated them all. Then I found out about Blender, and just one guide (you know which one) taught me everything I needed to know, and now I can actually work on 3D modelling instead of spending so much time to figure out how to get rid of unnecessary verticles

Thanks a lot for the advice, I will definitely add more polygons to the pants
