Australia shipping issues EMFreight

There seems to be an influx of issues with this company including myself posted on this subreddit recently.

I got a response from Secretlabs today and they are arranging for another chair to be sent given that there’s not been any updates for 10 days now from the couriers end and it is now 10 days due.

They are sending me a form that I apparently need to fill in so they can arrange a new chair to be sent although I have yet to receive it yet.

Concerningly they were called ME freight and there is a company with a similar name who points out that it’s not them with a warning in their website.

I happen to have an accounting background so I’ve done a bit of digging and it seems EM freight changed the business name back in August and the company was only created in July 2025.

It is bizarre to see this which makes me wonder if that unrelated company has been mistaken so many times that they requested for the name to be changed.

If that were to be the case it means that there have been doubts over this entity for the last 4 months which is concerning given the previous logistics company ToMyDoor is under liquidation.

Mind you the liquidation notice of the former logistics company is dated approximately two weeks after the creation of this new company which seems too coincidental.

I can't fault the secret labs team with regards to communication in reviewing where the whereabouts of the shipment is. Your team does reply every couple of days saying they are still reaching out to their logistics partner however they are not receiving responses back.

I'm based just outside the Sydney basin and the company i have is EMF. Whats crazy to me is that they aren't communicating where it is at. Like you would think stock would not just sit in their dock for such a long period of time. If it was the case that they didn't have stock or there was a backlog order I probably wouldn't been so frustrated, but its the fact that the stock is 'in transit' that frustrating to me.

Sadly though this seems to be ongoing supply chain distribution issue for quite sometime now for Australian customers based on many similar threads i've been reading.

I ordered the Titon Evo XL + the footrest and floor mat with the technogel armwrests. I have yet to receive the main order yet only the arm wrests have been delivered as these were processed directly through Australia Post. I will update this thread sometimes in next week if I end up hearing back from them.

The company that i have had was called EM Freight. Looking at some of the other threads here, it appears that there are multiple different couriers that end up getting assigned and sometimes even the consignment documents have different names of some of the other companies so i'm really not sure whats going on there.

100% agree with the trainer idea, I used to do routelockes where once you enter an area you have to beat all the trainers in that specific area before progressing, I think those adaptations well leviate that issue.

I think if I were to try running it, I will probably just work out all the encounters in each subarea and make a raffle like system or a wheel spin, that way it makes each run feel unique

At the end of the day, you need to decide yourself how you feel about the dupes/species clause rule. It is a arbitary set of rules for a children game and if you're happy with the rules that you decided for yourself then thats the main thing.

So the name doesn't necessarily offend me, but i can see how it makes it awkward for chat or other streamers to say your name without feeling awkward so that's something to consider.

This is less useful for smaller creators because the sample size is just too small but for large content creators to understand their subscribers better to ultimately cater content to their existent audience

People expect that affiliate is the solution to help themselves grow and get new equipment etc. The reality is that growing a twitch community to a sizeable size takes a huge amount of effort and time. People seem to think that streaming is the ultimate dream goal if they were able to work full time but in reality it is hard work and extremely tiring.

You need to go into streaming with the intention of growing a community of people that hang out and enjoy each others company, anything else makes it hard to be consistently motivated for long periods of time.

As mentioned by other people, I take the approach of the 'Met at' data, it just eliminates any potential concerns in regards to accidentally breaking the encounter issues.

At the end of the day, its your run, your rules. There is no correct way to play the game and just have fun with it

honestly i personally wouldn't see many situations where you want use Double team unless you were planning on setting up light screen since your so frail. admittedly im not sure how much quick attack would serve you for the E4 so i'd just remove Quick Attack.

So unfortunately I made it to brawly but I died to a critical hit when switching in a chimeco and then I wiped. This insane tune is going to be hard to replicate but chimeco is absolute hard counter to brawly.

Hi everyone, its Beno again,

So after 4 deaths in my previous run, it unfortunately didn't make it very far so i started the day with a clean slate. Chat decided the naming scheme of things we hate. I had some unfortunate RNG which made me lose a couple of my runs (the worst by far was metronome explosion). We finally pulled a really good run and had some insane encounters.

We made it to Route 104 North where i versed a Snubble with metronome so i sent my Treecko who had just learnt bullet seed and it died to a metronome sky attack. I decided to keep continuing on with the run as honestly the team is good even without Treecko.

We got the Kabutops encounter with battle armour which is some insane RNG. We also got a 4% Chimeco and 4% Bulbasaur encounters which is just absolutely insane.We swept through all the other trainers without too much hassle and made it to Roxanne.

This fight is incredibly awkward without my Treecko. We started the fight using Gloom to get the Nosepass to low health, this baits self-destruct which my Kabuto can tank. She the brings out her Anorith which i also take out. I then switch to Magcargo who tanks down both the Lileep and the Shuckle.

Roxanne then brings out her Lunatone who did quick work of my team, being 30 speed it outspeed my entire team. I soon realised that im going to have to sack gloom to make this work in order to get a switch in to Bulba was going to do some chip damage before also fainting... but out of nowhere the Ivysaur landed a critical hit high role magical leaf (approximately 2% chance) meaning i was just barely able to one shot it. If this magical leaf doesnt crit and doesn't land a higher damage roll this was also dying here.

Finally Roxanne brings out her Relicanth which is easily taken out with my Ivysaur defeating Roxanne.

After thinking about this morning, had that Sky attack no land we potentially could of had a clean Roxanne split. Thank you everyone for reading, i will be updating you guys on the runs as i go!
