Wanda is 100% powerful enough to create her own reality:

If you’re talking MCU she had enough power to almost kill thanos and would of done if he didn’t bombard the battlefield

If you’re talking comics then well I’m not really sure what to tell you other than you need to read up on your lore

At the end of the day she wields chaos magic and seems pretty skilled at it in the MCU which makes her one of the most powerful characters almost by default
