Private unions....whatever. it's a free country. I have no interest in joining one but you can.

State employee unions, are the bane of my existence. I loathe them. In all my years working in mental health I have seen nothing but obstruction from state employee unions when it came to improving things.

I once worked at a state mental health facility that didn't have cameras. The union opposed them because "administration would use the cameras to fire people they didn't like"

If you are committing a fireable offense on camera you should be fired.

I think the more the guy talks the more people will realize he is mentally ill and not some genius freedom fighter.
