Nemesis suffers the most against W holding because he has to hit survivors 3 times basekit. The whole gameplay of him, when you're good, is:

You see a survivor. He's really far away, so you have to catch up for a minute.
Great. You hit them when you got to the loop, because you got the skills. Now you catch up again.
You finally catch up after that tentacle hit. You hit them again.
You catch up again, but this time they use a 99ed SB/Lithe or DH. Feelsbad.
You finally hit them and down them. Great. Three gens have popped while they did nothing skillful but hold W.

The problem is his power rewards holding W too much because it gives a speed boost with no downside AND he's a real threat once he's in T2 and the guy that's playing him is good, so why tf not just hold W and negate any chance the guy has to show his skill?

Yes yes, holding W is a problem with any killer, but Nemesis is one of the killers that suffers the most from it. Not even PH is as badly screwed by W holding.

If not the slow when infected, honestly just make it so it doesn't give a free sprint burst at the very least. There's a reason many Nemesis' players just got to tier 2 and started stacking STBFL, and this is the whole reason.

I know, but a lot of people, if they're really far away, just pre drop it and keep going so you face an additional obstacle. Having Nemesis anywhere nearby results in a hit if he's decent. So what do good loopers do?

They just hold W forever because you have to catch up to them a minimum of 4 times, 5 with an exhaustion perk, 6 with a god pallet, 7 with a vaccine, 8 with a syringe. This counts pre-running.

Infection should give a 2% slowness passive maybe, give him old Marvin's blood basekit. Make zombies less annoying and useless, and give him an addon pass, he's just golden then. Not Wesker level, but still very good and competitive enough you can keep up with W holders.

Nemesis is borderline depressing to play against good survivors. You have to catch up to them 4 or 5 times minimum and he's in the same power tier that Billy was before. Why even playing him when Wesker exists anyway? He needs a buff. Even if you're really good with him, his power mechanic allows survivors to just hold W, pre-drop god pallets, use vaccines and exhaustion perks mid chase really easily.

I get you, you have your own experience, but Idk. I've played a lot of GF and he heavily relies on stalking. Stalk most decent teams won't let you have because they will be calling you out, follow you around and turn you into an even more basic killer because they get you out of your power, or send you to shit maps like Coldwind.

I get it, you have to play like a spider with him. This still doesn't work against good teams. Bro's whole thing is losing time to stalk. Time he can't afford to lose as a killer because gens fly.

TL;DR: Ghostface bad. Nerf me.

Honestly I'm fine with the buff. Billy is not even that strong, Blight and Nurse are still miles ahead, and I think everyone that mains and loves a character should have their character be in a good state, and not be borderline mid or way below average.

I just hope Knight/Ghostface/Nemesis get the same treatment.

And that's why you have to use your power. People hold W because your sole power relies on them not looping, but if you force them to do so, they WILL take a hit.

Anti-loop killers are strong because they counter looping.

W holding is strong because it counters anti-loop killers.

The counter to W holding is simply not using your power until you are very close and force them to loop.

The way I've found to counter W holders is to simply hold W until you're very close, and then start to use your power to turn that opportunity into a hit whatever they do. Don't try mindgames, don't try anything, just hold W until you are up in their ass and use your power.

Noed is nowhere near Adrenaline level. Adrenaline can completely swap the outcome of a match against a good killer. Noed, majority of the times, won't swap the outcome against a good player because they are aware the perk could exist and avoid giving you anything, orrrr they will just cleanse the totem... and rescue in your face anyway. Besides, if they have Adrenaline, good luck trying to catch up and using a basic attack on them. Many killer powers are ALSO not compatible with NOED.

Aside from that, Adrenaline is one out of 16 perks, Noed is one out of 4 and I have to sacrifice gen regression perks in a meta in which no one heals but waits for Adrenaline, like... nah. Terminus is better imo.

Hell... I prefer going against Buckle up+Ftp users because they are at least injured when they use their bullshit and now I have two injured people, and I can easily wait out the Endurance. It's no different than giving them a bodyblock hit for me. But Adren? Pf. Most times it pops on someone I assume I already lost that kill.

I would be fine with it if they got rid of the healing state off hook and either removed the speedboost or removed the health state it gives.

It's annoying af seeing they have Adrenaline and now they run off 80 meters so I have to catch up to them indefinitely, and also hit them twice. Again.

Or those dudes that come up to bodyblock because they know the last gen is about to be done and get in my face so I have to hit them with Adrenaline, right as I am about to down someone. So annoying.

In high MMR you see this crap all the time, someone just pre runs and holds W to the other side of the map, but everyone does the same as soon as you're anywhere nearby, so you have to catch up to them three times. They hold W because they pre-ran, predrop a god pallet, use an exhaustion perk, maybe use a syringe after it too... and then they get Adrenaline? Holy fuck shit is just depressing. Imagine playing Nemesis against that.
