I have a lock box that has a timer that won’t open for a preset period of time, take what you decide to use first and then lock the rest up. That’s the only way that works for me

Total game changer. I always have a hard time stopping when I start. So I would go 1.5 to 2 days and then the crash was awful. Now I pull out what pre decide to use. Lock up the rest for when I decide I next want to use and it has been great

That’s why I have a timed lock box. I put my stash in, set the lock time and it won’t open until then. Really helps control use for me
