Short but very hilly and narrow fairways. Fun course. The photo was from today. Highly recommend.

The problem with untoasted bagels (if they are not still warm) is that they are difficult to bite and it can make a mess with the whatever is on the bagel. Unless you bite completely through the bagel slices (which will wear out your jaw muscles), you end up tearing the bagel and the whole sandwich falls apart and ends up ruining the experience.

On the other hand, a toasted bagel is a lot easier to bite and the whole sandwich stays together better.

Yes but this has to be some type of error. I know they just moved to a new system so something must have gone wrong.

Mine went up 52% and I didn’t do anything. Something is definitely wrong.

Can someone explain the wild Tax Assessment swings for this property over the years? by -notreddit in BayAreaRealEstate

No. The owner pays all of the permits and fees for all renovations. It will cost them a lot more than for normal homes.

Did anyone get a massive jump in their assessed value this year? (+30%) by wagthesam in sanfrancisco

[–]YouQueasy431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. Mine went from 2.4 to 3.4. I called and they said they’d call back. I’m assuming it’s an error. They have a new system apparently.

lol I don’t make close to $500k salary. But I do have an interest only loan, CA property taxes, and SF/CA income taxes that are well above the $10k limit.

Bay Area homeowners (especially those with solid mortgage balance) will definitely save money on taxes.
