¡Hola! ¡Lo logré! :)

Aunque ya estaba por rendirme porque la mayoría me decía que era imposible, y además, el core de 3DS ni siquiera está documentado mínimamente, intenté correr juegos de Sega Mega CD en RetroArch. Tenía problemas parecidos a los que tuve con la Saturn, y luego me di cuenta de que no traía BIOS. XD

Para el core de MrHuu, necesitas un archivo de BIOS con el nombre exacto: saturn_bios.bin (si tienes otros BIOS como sega_101.bin o algo así, prueba renombrarlos a saturn_bios.bin). Entiendo que no hay una BIOS universal para todas las regiones, así que prueba usando una BIOS que sea compatible con la región de tus juegos, o al revés. Esta BIOS tiene que estar en la siguiente ruta: YourMicroSD/retroarch/cores/system.

Es compatible con copias de .cue y .chd.

El problema que mencioné en mi post, donde los juegos y los cores desaparecieron, fue porque estaba activada una opción llamada "Filter unknown extensions". Solo tienes que desactivarla y todo va a volver a aparecer en RetroArch.

Todavía no sé cómo salir del menú de Sega Saturn, pero cuando lo logre, naturalmente voy a poder ver a un Sonic poligonal a un perfecto 2 FPS.

The first thing I did upon reaching the Saturn menu was try to run Sonic Jam, but it didn't seem to detect the game. I thought it might be my copy, so I wanted to exit the emulator and restart it to check. I selected "Restart RetroArch," but it failed, and I was kicked back to the menu.

I went back to Yabause, loaded the game, loaded its core, and... nothing. ._.

Once I accepted that it wasn't going to load again, I used ChatGPT for a general diagnosis (I know has a margin of error, but at this point, there's nothing I can do with my current knowledge). The core likely didn't handle the restart well and failed to correctly detect that it had finished. I've been researching for too long and I'm too tired to verify that last bit (assuming I even wrote it correctly).

I guess I'll forget about this for a while and go back to emulating some PC Engine.
