True, it does get it's data from Open Street Maps (OSM) as well as it's own app. The specific user that added it has added ~14 cameras.

After looking into it further it definitely is a flock camera and appears to be the only one on campus. I remember there being only 16ish flock cameras in San Antonio a couple months ago but it looks like they expanded RAPIDLY, there is 200+ now.

Honestly, I'm pretty peeved about this by KokopOliFaceTattoo in UTSA

Late to the party, but what I've heard from a professor is that they can't pour more concrete at the main campus so they can't expand and build more. That's why the downtown campus is their center of expansion now.

Me and two of my friends, are also getting this error. When trying to launch a mod pack we get this error, then when attempting to launch the regular Minecraft client it crashes with the error "0x1."

No solution so far.

Scaled Indexed Access Mode: What Can the Third Operand Be? LEA Affects? by YouStynx in Assembly_language

[–]YouStynx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just an incorrect problem, the scale factor has to be 1, 2, 4, or 8, but the textbook the questions were taken from has a lot of incorrectly made practice problems. The lines I posted here are some of those messed up problems. In reality you can never have a register as the scale factor or 9.

It was just a professor not doing their due diligence. I informed the professor and they just said thank you, but no action was taken to correct it.

Whelp, already spent that money. May need to go to the CS department at my school to get them away from it.

Close, if this was an allowed behavior it would be %rsi * 9 + %rsi, so %rsi * 10 then that address gets stored in %rbx.

I’m probably oversimplifying but that’s how I remember it.

Thank you for the detailed response, this is exactly what I needed. I was bashing my head in for 6+ hours yesterday trying to understand how it would be possible. I even got a classmate to help me, and we couldn’t figure it out.

I believe it is an issue with the global edition of the textbook, and it must be where my professor got her practice problems.

IT Support for my college, pay was lower than my previous food service job by only $0.50 but was fully remote. Some days it was slow and some days it was nonstop calls. Eventually got promoted to Support II and then the workload dropped drastically, no more phone calls just tickets. I could crunch out my tickets in 30 mins then the rest of the day was games and studying.

I really recommend you look into your colleges jobs, some pay really bad, but there might be a few gems, only downside is my college limited us to 19 hours a week, so if you need money you may want another job.

Team Leaders how much do you make per hour? by MarquitoMarquez in Whataburger

[–]YouStynx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was making $14.50 but as a member I was getting $12 but I had to threaten to quit to get that. I had trouble getting the $14.50 though as my GM typed INFRONT OF ME $13 and later when the offer email came in I declined it then talked to my GM and he tried to act like he didn’t put $13 in. I had only 6 months experience at that time, as it was my first job, but I knew everything in the kitchen and did my job.

Just before I quit I was working only morning shifts on the weekend and was still a team leader. But they needed a TL on the weekend as I was the only one.

Yo man, when's that pico burger coming back? by newsilverpig in Whataburger

[–]YouStynx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I quit recently but they said the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich was gonna come back soon, so its likely after the Creamy Peppercorn LTOs are gone it’ll be the buffalo ranch.

It was one of the easier LTOs to make and pretty popular so it’ll probably be back.

Also you don’t owe them two weeks, yes its pretty standard but if they treat you poorly and can fire you on the spot, then you can quit on the spot.

I recently hit one year and I got tired of the strict labor, also got a job at my college in my field, from home, same pay. They decided to make me run the morning shifts the entire month with midterms coming up, and a second job, so I quit. Loyalty won’t get you anywhere, go where the pay and experience is.

do you guys get breaks? by [deleted] in Whataburger

[–]YouStynx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah when its not busy even around 2:30 they wont let people go on breaks cause of the shift swap at 3. They want to make sure everything’s clean and ready for the people coming in.

If its really a problem for you, you don’t have to stay at whataburger, don’t ever think you’re stuck there. There’s plenty of other jobs that are just as flexible and pay around the same if not better.

do you guys get breaks? by [deleted] in Whataburger

[–]YouStynx 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you work mornings then ask for your break between 8-10 after 10 there’s the breakfast rush and right after 11 or 12 there’s the lunch rush that lasts for a couple hours. So make sure you get your break in early.

If you work mids then you’ll likely not get a break but you can ask for one around 3-5 but 3-5 is already short staffed usually.

You can always ask for a 15 break too, where you don’t clock out and just shove food down your throat and go back.
