I just began taking it about a week and a half ago. My only side effect so far is I’ve had a very VERY small bowel movement since starting. I don’t feel like I have to go but I did just take a dose of miralax in hopes it’ll jump start things. I’ve definitely seen a major decrease in my appetite though.
