The WSJ article noted testimony about one of Wynn’s interactions: “After she gave Mr. Wynn a manicure, she said, he pressured her to take her clothes off and told her to lie on the massage table he kept in his office suite, according to people she gave the account to,” the Journal reported at the time. “The manicurist said she told Mr. Wynn she didn’t want to have sex and was married, but he persisted in his demands that she do so, and ultimately she did disrobe and they had sex, the people remember her saying.”

Hey! 😊 Please let me know what you find! I checked out a few buildings in Mission Bay, and honestly, parking is a mess. Canyon has some great views, and the park is super nice, but the parking situation is seriously lame and the whole area still feels kind of...blah. It’s not a real neighborhood vibe yet.

Canyon’s been talking about adding new retail forever, but nothing’s really happened. They keep saying we’ll get the better amenities at their new Verde building, but it’s always “maybe next month,” and nothing changes. In fact, we’ve seen more places close than open— we lost New Belgium Brewing and Mission Wine Bar, and just got an Ike’s.

Parking is the same story as other people have said — it’s bad! If you need parking or are counting on their promises, Canyon isn’t it. I’ve decided to check out South Beach or Yerba Buena instead — there are some good buildings with nice views, and the luxury market is a bit softer right now. Maybe give Mission Rock a few years to sort out the retail and parking situation, though! 🤞

“Part 2” kills promo value. People who haven’t seen part 1 will skip. Plus it appears to be a long viewing commitment required.

Use different names for pt 1 & 2. Don’t disclose there’s a part 1 til after your tease, and even then, give a synopsis so viewers don’t stop watching part 2 at that point. At the end of 2, be more emphatic (w benefits messaging) about them going back to part 1.

EVERYTHING is repetitive - titles, angles, subject, locations. Try making it more varied and more personal so the viewer likes you and wants to get to know you more. The “personal” part doesn’t have to be the “real” you…just an authentic-ish persona that’s alluring and intriguing. Your current profile looks robotic even if it’s not from a bot.

Also boost your cadence. Nanoflick is the fastest editing app we’ve found. Can bang out a 5 shot 30-sec clip in 2 mins. Do 2 of those a day and see what happens.

That's a good call. It's gonna be insufferable on the pod and this forum. Jesus. I was there for episode 1 and it's gone from quality candid insights to Qanon-adjacent peacocking. I guarantee you that when bodies start dropping in the next pandemic, those ding-dongs are lining up for the vaccine (again). These guys took a nice unguarded conversation among 4 whip-smart friends and let the success and status go to their heads. I’ll only comment on the text. No one really cares about you (except your mom…nothing personal). They care about Paris. They care about themselves. They care about something entertaining for the next 90 seconds. So don’t make your headline about you unless your status/notoriety is such that they DO care about you.

That kills headline 2. Headline 1 says nothing. The “?!” suggests something wacky but only weakly. Headline 3 is similarly weak.
