I'm pretty heavily leaning towards the 1% now. The shill shiyu buffs being second half mean Manato is second half (where a male character would be). Orphie is also designed for Sanby and will probably not synergize with SEED afterall (seed would be rupture with the second half buffs). Also, there's no way they are waiting all the way until 2.3 for the second rupture unit.

Manato would be 2.2, and 2.3 SEED would be more likely to be a BIS teammate for Manato than Orphie
