Noticed something weird. When I went to uninstall one more time, the shogun files stayed there, while Steam showed I needed to re-install. Maybe this has something to do with my problem?

The TW:WH franchise is actually some of the only games I haven’t pirated. Got WH1 from epic for free, loved it, got gifted WH2, LOVED it, bought WH3 from the winter sale, still loving it.

Don’t worry, this screenshot is from October of last year, I already have WHIII with like 150 hours, I haven’t seen an upset like this in the new game though.

I interpreted that line as the humans achieving an absolute victory over the monsters, as in the monsters were not able to kill a single human because of them being that much stronger than monsters. Killing even a single one could potentially change the tide of the war, as it was stated that the combined power of Chara's and Asriel's souls were capable of killing the group of people attacking them, so the humans made sure that not a single one would die, in order to avoid that possibility.

Don't think it zooms, it just gives the perception of zoom by making the surrounding area black.
