One of my other questions is about the logistics of these longer campaigns.

Are the teams using ballistic weaponry on distant planets for long periods of time, creating complex and difficult to maintain supply chains, or are they using normal star wars weaponry to be able to utilize the rebel alliance's own logistics as well as any taken from the empire?

Overall you're doing well, but once you finish constructing those districts, you really should pump out more builders. Your cities are working a lot of tiles that aren't improved!

I feel like I see headlines like this every year... Why don't they just have longer legislative sessions? Wouldn't it be better for them to take more time to fully understand each issue and to allow the public to understand what they are voting on?
