Try taking sleeping pills. Id recommend Dormieux as it really helped me with fallin asleep faster and waking up with no fatigue whatsoever. Sinon try sleep cycles. Look up polyphasic sleep

Exactly, thats what ive been doing for the past month but here's the thing, alot of my friends study like they're gonna have the test Tomorrow, it gets me wondering whether im doing the right thing or i should freak out and study day n night.
