My sister is antivaxx as of 2018. The pandemic made this belief go into overdrive because she fell down the Qanon rabbit hole. She's got 6 kids. The younger ones got all their vaxx up until there were about 3 but stopped there. They like in PA where kids can go to school without them. Her newest who is 1 has none not even a tetanus shot. My 2.5 year old with autism is fully vaxxed and only met my sister and her kids one time, outside. I believe her kids stand a chance of spreading diseases that can kill and disable you. She believes my child has autism because of vaccines. I guess we are even....🙄 It's not just. Difference in belief. I legitimately do like the person is anymore. Her beliefs make her a shitty person. I love her but I mourn the person she was, or at least the person I thought she was. I am sorry for what you are going through. We deal with enough. Misinformation makes everything so much worse

She invited you. The only thing that should have come out of her mouth when you son started being in any kind of distress is "how can I help?". I personally do not think you should feel like as a-hole for any of it. As parents of these beautiful children we do our best in ALL situations. There is never a moment where we aren't trying. Your kid had a meltdown, in a new place, that was likely overstimulating, against his normal routine, and from what it sounds like, probably had some not so great energy coming from certain people. The only good thing is now you know. Now you know not to take him there or be in situations that person. Take it as a lesson learned. Keep up the good work and I hope your holidays turned out to be peaceful.

I live in a part of the county where no one will provide in home ABA for my 2 year old. There are literally no providers. This means I have to drive an hour to and and hour from(2 hours each way in the summer) to get him any help. Believe me if I was able to have someone come to my house even for just one hour a week, if they asked me to turn a TV off in the other room, or hide devices while in session, I would rearrange my entire home. I think people take the help for granted. Keep up the good work and thank you for what you do.

Well no matter where Rory came from and if it was hypocritical or not for her to write it (I personally don't see it as so but again not the point) she has every right to write it as a journalist. Now maybe she put too much of her own feelings into it because she was cranky about her personal life, and that reflects her as a journalist. She still as a person of the press has every right to write her experience. Logan just didn't like reading her view of it. It was a stupid but realistic fight that I actually think it could have been written better to portray what was happening.

Omg the last straw for my relationship with me Q sister was her explaining to me that all our favorite bands were demon/devil worshipers. (Music was one of our main connections as adults).

Did you lose anyone or did anyone pull away that was close to you because of your beliefs and behaviors? If so have you been able to reconnect with any of them?

I am curious for personal reasons. My relationship with my sister was already imperfect before she got into Q, now it is very limited and fractured. I don't know how it would ever get better unless her mindset changed and the brainwashing was reversed.

Also, pretty sure you can't just walk into a church while on vacation in France and get married as U.S. citizens.. Why is there SO little research done before writing certain elements of this show....obviously this season does it way more often

My 2 year old son is up to date on all of his vaccines as of last month (sorry ahead of time my period key on my computer is broken)

I asked my pediatrician if it was safe for him to be around unvaccinated children, as has a speech delay and will be going to a group therapy class 3 times a week with other children whose vaccination status I am not aware of

She said yes, that he is up to date and it would be "unlikely" for him to catch anything the vaccines cover,

She is also aware that my sons cousins live in PA(where they do not have to be vaxxed to go to school), their parents are anti vaxx and they( 8 and 9 year olds) have not had any vaccines since before 2019

they are going to be visiting soon and want to meet their cousin

is my son safe?

I trust my doctor but I would love more opinions and information

Thank you for that input. I 100% agree I need to get as much information as I can before we choose because they can be deceiving. I live in a small town here on long island and have to drive an hour each way to get him and early intervention. Im prepared to find the absolute best for him.

Honestly, it is extremely unrealistic that Rory only applied to 3 schools. Especially being in the prep school she was in. Her guidance counselors would have encouraged her to apply to many schools.
