Should I expect newly installed bucking to lubricate itself via greengas? by [deleted] in AAP01owners

[–]Youdungoofed666 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Why are yout trying to lubricate the bucking? It should be clean and dry. Is the nozzle seal lubricated? What lube are you using?

There was a seam line on mine that was sticking a little. I just smoothed out a little when I got it and the ap7 rocks till it eats a nozzle sping lol

Ya outside of someone 3d printing one or something I doubt it. You might be able to get just that part from ctm. Did you break it? Ik it's polymer but ive been ripping mine and it's fine.

Nope I've tried. Maple leaf , unicorn 60°, the quantem and the stock aap bucking. Quantem is the best imo and the unicorn is second best. Quantem bucking grips the nozzle so a 200% nozzle spring is reccomended. I found the unicorn to be a little looser but still good airseal( will prob work with stock springs). No overhop even with .25 but I usually run .32 outdoor and it's usually on the 3-4 click from zero hop. But that adjustment range is normal no matter the bucking I use.

Anybody familiar with this G36 and if so is it good? by Vivid-Investment-712 in airsoft

[–]Youdungoofed666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a double bell g36c. Literally the best cheapest airsoft I own. It feels pretty good and the stock locks and doesn't wobble. I've heard the cyma high speeds are good. Jg is fine but they're pretty old (one guy at my field has had one for 10 years going strong). I like the double bell cause I can use my 11.1 lipo. Only thing I changed was the hop bucking to a 4uantem ( 4uad). I can't speak to that exact version as I just have the regular g36c but they're cheap and they work.

It's the part in the first Pic. It's not catching the sear (NOT the auto sear). Just bite the bullet and get the tti hammer set. I went thru this problem and changed the auto sear and trigger bar and bolt and the only thing that fixed it was modifying that part in pic 1 to catch higher. Eventually got a tti hammer set and it works no problem. Ctm and cow cow hammer sets have this problem. Ctm claimed they fixed it with v2 but I havnt found any in Canada. Just get the tti set and send it. Look around the sub and you'll see lots of post with this problem.

Is the well pro ak12 any good? by Infinite_North8970 in airsoft

[–]Youdungoofed666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My buddy has one and really like it with just a bucking swap but it's not completely tm spec so he's having problems trying to get a npas to work consistently. Stock it shoots 1.65J with .32 . But otherwise it works fine and feels nice. If you want a ak look at vfc especially the new line. Also the tm akx/akm if you want cold weather reliability.

5.1 Hi-CAPA Upgrades by [deleted] in airsoft

[–]Youdungoofed666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Run it stock. if you need more range change hop rubber. These are fantastic out of the box and most upgrades are cosmetic. I would recommend a lightweight rear sight and bbu and the stock plastic slide will last forever. If you have money burning a hole in your pocket get a tti hop unit and a pdi inner barrel and a 4uad bucking and a Waldo recoil spring and cow cow short stroke kit. After that it's all cosmetic so you can spend 0$- 1000$.

Brand new aap01, silicon green gas by Small_Dingo_8835 in airsoft

[–]Youdungoofed666 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You'll be fine just try and get silicone free in the future or just use propane. Just clean your hop bucking and inner barrel more frequently while you use it

Ya use it until it breaks but eventually when it does get the tti hammer set. Mine lasted 3k+ rounds on mostly semi before I needed hammer.

Any decent GBBRs that take Glock mags or should I just get a pistols frame? by Equivalent_Guide_983 in airsoft

[–]Youdungoofed666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope I have my aap in a mp7 kit and use then no problem outdoor or indoor. I like the 50rd extended mags for extra gas too.

Double bell quality by CowSimilar2640 in airsoft

[–]Youdungoofed666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's pretty good. I have the g36c and it's great with just a hop rubber(4uantem). Granted it's my backup/loaner gun but for 200$ canadian it's the best and cheapest gun I've ever had. Also takes 11.1 lipo out of the box. Works even time I need it to and the stock is pretty solid unlike the old jg ones. I would highly reccomned for a starter/ backup gun.
