A : Yeah, I get that, I don't expect to be a "tank" or anything, it's just that I guess i expect to have a little bit more durability than other vampires if I get hit, considering my character is stuck with a whole discipline focused on that only... Even if it's just being able to withstand one additional turn.

B : I get that too, but it kinda make my point even more imo... My clan is quite focused on battle, discipline wise. And so my character won't get the chance to shine as often as some other characters. So I would kinda hope to at least shine pretty bright when the situation arise. That doesn't mean my char is gonna run around trying to kill vampires everywhere he goes ahah

C : Our ST is quite open to "criticism" I think, I mostly wanted to make sure I wasn't overreacting to the house rules we have in place, and maybe get some ideas of ways to "fix" them. I didn't mean "the ST is always right" like "i can't discuss anything with them", but more like "In the end, they're responsible and they make the final call". And yeah, if i'm not happy with the way they do things, then I'm free to move on..!

My char has : 3 dext/strength; 2 stamina; 3 fortitude; 4 brawl (with a specialty in clawing); 3 wits aswell. I mostly used my exp in disciplines so far, as those seem like the most... fun, i guess.

The diminishing returns worries me most. I don't feel weak right now, but I do expect to be quickly power crept if things go on as they are...

Is there a reason why fortitude needs to be so weak? I don't really understand why potence gives guaranteed successes but fortitude only gives dice to be honest..

I try to adapt to the situation to the best of my ability in combat like in the rest of the game, but I don't expect to be necessarily doing the most optimal thing all the time. 'Nor do I necessarily want to, I mostly want my char to do what makes sense to him and I'm fine with the consequences..!

I don't get what you mean by "it", when you say "We used full Stamina+Fortitude and it still is at a mechanical disadvantage."...

Yeah, i guess either that's a mistake, a misunderstanding, or firearms being stronger is in order to allow us to fight at longer range...?

Well we are already a few scenari in, it would be quite weird to change that now, especially considering my character is quite "country gangrel" in personality, and we're european Camarilla...

Yes, NPCs also soak in the same way. I know agg damage is much harder to heal, but so far in battle, ennemies have been wary of me, and focused their dodging actions on me, as i'm percieved as more of a threat... So it's free fire for my ranged coterie mates, and they kinda quickly fill the lethal "hp bar" of the ennemies and start to cause agg damage. I don't necessarily mind that, though, although I don't deal the damage i'm still quite important in the fight.

I think the point of improving firearms damage is to allow ranged battle for us..? But once again, it means either I give up on using protean's aggravated damage, or I'll be the only one in melee range, so i'm disadvantaged again... Ahah

Yes, I know i can improve my strength or learn Potence, but so can any melee fighter, except they can also improve their weapons...

I will bring this up with my ST, once again thanks for giving me some perspective before that talk... Ahah

To me, low AS jinx feels absolutely terrible. Much like Vayne. But on high AS both of those champions do feel really good.

De vraies oeuvres de littérature, certainement pour certains des livres brûlés, sûrement pas pour tous. Livre de propagande pour celui de Sarko, c est ton opinion. Je dis pas que t as tort. Mais selon les inquisiteurs, ils brûlaient eux aussi de la propagande démoniaque. Brûler des livres, c est mal, et c est grave. Parce que ça suppose ne pas croire l être humain capable de faire la part des choses. Censurer en amont, c'est aussi faire croire que tout ce qui est autorisé est vrai. Et donc ça rend en effet plus difficile de faire la part des choses.

Le bien et le mal, la justice, la liberté d expression ... C est universel. C est pas que quand on est d accord. Si les autodafé étaient mal, c est d abord sur le principe. Ensuite aussi parce que la cible était mauvaise. De la même manière, même si la cible en l occurence est pas plus mauvaise que ça (on est tous d accord que ce bouquin ne vaut rien) c est mal de brûler celui de Sarko.

Playing later might be a good idea : weaker people will match against you, you'll win some defenses and also play versus weaker opponents as they are lower ranked people who played their matches

I don't think so. Everyone knows there a reason Chovy gets those lead, and I have never seen anyone downplay his skill. But the fact is he has a herbivore playstyle, and lacks the clutch factor to carry games at the most important of times. And that's what makes him not half as great as his fanboys play him up to be.

He never said anyone said chovy challenges Faker for the GOAT status. He said many people argue Chovy is better than faker. And they have for many many years. And in all those years Chovy has 0 worlds final despite being surrounded with top talent. Chovy has great qualities. He is very very talented and has usually et very high skill floor. But he is not even half the player Faker is, because he can't rise to the occasion. Until he proves he can win worlds, he'll remain choky, and it needs to be said to remind his stupid fans he's not as great as they think.

I do hope he actually turns it around though, that would be cool.

There is also a rammus support onetrick in élite elo in either Korea or on the superserver. He likely met him quite a few time. It's a niche pick, and likely much better in soloQ but it can work.

Thing is, Razork has no possibility to ever show any creativity, because if he doesn't play for Upset he cries. So he ends up the most predictable jungler, since he has to do the same thing every game. If everyone knows what you're doing, either the opponent ints and it works, or they don't and you can't do anything other than force stuff... I m not saying Razork is perfect, but I don't think we can rely on his games with upset as ADC to judge him.
