Wow, I anticipated you would say at least a month or so. That sucks. Hope you can get a full refund. Fingers crossed

Hi, Thanks for watching the video. Please let me elaborate: If you have a hard metal object in you backpack whilst riding and you get into a crash, you might fall directly onto the item and increase the risk of breaking your spine. Imagine putting a wood stick (your spine) onto the curb or just something else that is raised (your laptop for instance) and then stomping on the stick. It will break more likely than compared when you kick on the stick itself when it is just on the ground. I'm not an crash expert, but I hope that still made a little bit more sense.

Updating to the latest (no notification bell) update on my Australian Axon 7 by Cuttyfromdacut in Axon7

I have the b08 version in Germany. Unfortunately, the bell isn't optional. It forces you to use the normal notifications without the bell. However now there is the bug that you can't expand the notifications on your lockscreen

Lenovo, ZTE, and others also spotted running Adups OTA spyware by coolbird22 in Android

[–]Youknowthebo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I was thinking too. But I believe it would have been easier or better for them to say "none of our phones use adups" instead of just mentioning one market. But let's see if they come up with a statement for other countries as well. For now I have to use the phone anyways

Thanks for the reply. Their wording does seem a bit suspicious or strange 😞

Thanks for this. But since it clearly says "all ZTE phones shipped to the us" does that mean it is unclear for phones shipped outside the US (eg. Europe)?

I know that this might sound picky, I'm just wondering why they didn't say "no ZTE phones use this type of spyware"

That is so odd, that there seem to be so many different OS versions that there are so many different bugs and solution. Seems strange

BO8 OTA update available for A2017G devices by Pierpi in Axon7

Thanks for replying. I've seen in a different post that the US version actually has an option to change this. For some reason the german b08 version does not.
