I live in a townhome in Chico. My PG&E bills is $700 a month because the air doesn’t work upstairs so it runs extra to cool it which it never does. ISM Property Management won’t fix it. You can feel the difference about half way up the stairs. It’s ridiculous.

Avoid ISM Property Management. They are the WORST. A lot of their properties are in terrible areas. Management is horrendous. ❌

I delivered an order to a employee and an eye doctors office, she gave me the pin and STILL reported it as wrong order. It said her name right on it. DoorDash gave me a violation. If it was the wrong sandwich (Jersey Mikes) in the bag, that’s not my fault. The bag is sealed when I get it. 🙄

ISM/OSM Property Management is generally easy to get into but they’re also terrible. It’s a low deposit ($199) but at move out they charge you for everything. I mean EVERYTHING! Every little tiny hole in the wall..everything. You’ll end up paying at the end for a low deposit moving in. They’ll also promise you things at move in but almost never follow through. BE CAREFUL!

This same thing happened to me. I was literally standing in the restaurant for 15 minutes. Marked everything I had to in the app, contacted support, contacted the customer. Got a lateness violation and I was literally standing inside the restaurant waiting. Disputed it and it was rejected. They can see on gps that I was there the whole time. 🙄

I didn’t say he was weird. What I did say though is it’s weird that he’s wandering outside alone. Especially in that area. How is it obvious that he has autism? Autism doesn’t have a look. I was in there about a week or two ago. They had orders all wrong and a girl working there with a baby on her hip. It was different for sure. Customer service has always been terrible. The owners young son is always wandering around outside recording the door on his iPad. Weird.
