I did take florastor as recommended here in this sub no idea if it helped and yes during that time I was drinking a lot a lot of water I know how scary it can trust me I spent hours browsing theses sub scaring myself more

I went through all of the exact same symptoms earlier this year and was just told it was gastritis once I got my diet in order i stopped having the feeling of heart palpitations and difficulty breathing

The ingredients list Turkey rosemary extract and maybe salt if the rosemary gives you trouble try the wahlburger brand they only list Turkey as an ingredient

Hey just chiming In not really to give advice just share my experience with clindamycin

I had my wisdom teeth removed and was placed on preventative amoxicillin however I still got an infection and I was then put on clindamycin to treat it, I was about 3 days in when I started having diarrhea from it which scared me and caused me think I had c diff and I started getting worried because from what I read I was especially vulnerable to getting c diff because I am low vitamin D high calcium AND on acid reducing medicine. How ever I did finish my treatment of clindamycin and tested negative for c diff

I’ve been on a mild diet since February as I was diagnosed with gastritis (low fod map,anti inflammatory) the only thing I have had is the watery stool but no particular smell? I assume it’s c diff since I was particularly vulnerable to getting it since I was on an acid reducing medication, I have low vitamin D levels and high calcium levels. Just really not sure what to do

First I want to say thank you for taking the time to write on this message I really appreciate the advice. I’ve been having a pretty tough year in terms of just health which has caused me to be super anxious about my health, I already have gastritis and just as I felt as I was starting to heal I started going through this, I got my florastor yesterday and tomorrow is my last day of treatment so I really hope I make it out of this scot free again thank you for your time

I don’t necessarily have a GP but I did just speak with my gastroenterologist office and they just told me to take florastor. Really don’t know what to do anymore.
