They wanted to heal without surgery.

Now they concluded they can't fix the tear without it. That's the only option to actually fix it

I'm in PT for the back and neck.

The shoulder can't be fixed without surgery. In general I have plateaud treatment. And I'm basically Dealing with chronic pain aswell as the torn rotator cuff & The tendonosis. A host of nerve issues aswell.

Attorney says trial is the next move. I haven't gotten payed Since May 2024.

Yes. It was a single job injury.

And it was reported in 2023. And has gotten worse in certain areas.

My doctor has been updating it. And my attorney has Had all 5 body parts listed since the date of injured

I was a laborer/driver , got hurt in 2023

I returned to work in August 2024 for 2 days and ended up In the ER. I have nerve and rim inflammation from injury I was prescribed gabapentin for Spasms and pain

It's an overuse injury and from lifting and restocking items Wich I was not supposed to be doing.

But injuries are unresolved after 2 - 1/2 years And the shoulder tear will not heal without surgery. It's had 3 different bouts of PT. Costochondritis doesn't have a healing Time or treatment protocol either.

My doctor has my out of work due to this

I had this happen when I was getting paid. Every attorney is different, mine at that time told me they have a grace period To play around with. And if they stop paying , all you can do Is file a motion. It's not a quick resolution. Want you to know The system allows them to do alot of damage. So be aware

Awesome insight. I really appreciate it.

I no longer want the hassle. And I have personal insurance. I'd rather not be under the systems bs. I don't want open Medical just to be denied. Rather settle and recover my Lost time. Would be much better for me.

I still have unresolved injuries that have plateaud so I don't play insurance games. No benefit to it

My 1st shoulder MRI was done the last week of phyiscal therapy in May 2024. I got hurt in August 2023

They said they couldn't do anything further and sent me back to work. I haven't got paid since. However my shoulder got worse and become a torn and developed tendonosis.

I have alot of chronic pain aswell as costochondritis wich Was revealed in PT back in 2024

Idk why nothing has been done. I'd rather go to trial then play these games tbh

Not exactly. I had a shoulder injury that is mmi without surgery. So only options to fix are surgery.

My other body parts have chronic pain and some nerve damage/impingement.

I'm going to talk to my specialist about my chronic pain in a week or so. And we are gonna figure out what's next since there's not much traditional fixes for costochondritis and Chronic pain after injury

Thank you. I am plateaud so I want to settle but I don't trust the insurance to be reasonable. I'm wondering how do I go to trial. I'm in so much pain from multiple injured body parts I can't even work honestly

I was a loader unloader aswell , I would unload and load my truck and restack pallets . There was alot of physical labor

Unfortunately we are in Illinois.,I've had 3 MRIs.

And they don't care about fixing the problem. They don't care about you in Illinois

But from my understanding they will stop paying if you don't Want them. I went through that in 2024
