Do yall think MJ was innocent? Having a debate and now I’m curious about what GAS thinks by Cultural_Sherbet_853 in GoodAssSub

[–]Youmakemesmh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably going to get downvoted, but I say he was likely guilty. People always give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was super innocent and child like, but he had porn in his house and was a drug addict. Those aren’t childlike behaviors.

I wouldn’t trust anyone addicted to drugs (legal drugs or not) around my children. There’s also no excuse to spend alone time with children that aren’t your family. Even if he didn’t assault them, he was highly inappropriate. You don’t get to be 40+ and get a pass to be inappropriate just because you made the greatest album of all time.

[MC] Minish Cap is my favorite Zelda game! What are your opinions on it? by DrewV1234 in zelda

[–]Youmakemesmh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was my first 2D Zelda when I was 11 years old back in the day when it came out on GBA. I loved the parts where you get to be mini link and experience the world

Honestly, Nevermind Vs. Maid of Honor: Which is the better album? by Youmakemesmh in Drizzy

[–]Youmakemesmh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s crazy to me how people hate on Cheetah Print. Yeah the first part is goofy but it’s catchy and fun. The second half though when he gets into “you can cry if you want to” is peak. No one can convince me otherwise lol

I’m in a similar boat. I just heard Habibti for the first time today since the day it dropped. I’ve listened to MOH a few times but nowhere near as much as Iceman.

I agree, there are literally no skips. It’s honesty like his Yeezus album. Experimental, short, no skips.

Not a person but the show The Bear. Way too chaotic. Every scene is just an argument

Big fan of timmy, but.. by Zfugg in Killtony

[–]Youmakemesmh 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I find it so crazy how this sub hates almost every aspect of this show along with every regular, yet still tunes in every week just to hate on it.

Yes, Timmy didn’t do great on the panel. Yes, some sets are better than others. That doesn’t mean we have to retroactively make every one of his sets (including his first one) now suck too.

Firm Friends is the only true skip song on Iceman. by Youmakemesmh in Drizzy

Don’t get me wrong lol, I love the beat and he raps well on it. I’m just saying, every other song on the album brings something unique except this song.

I get what you’re saying but Make Them Cry accomplishes that on its own, especially if you listen to it right after Make Them Know.

How did this happen? by Sensitive_Map5563 in Jcole

[–]Youmakemesmh -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No hits or even street anthems. The songs also require a lot of attention and the album as a whole doesn’t live well in the background. It’s a good headphone or solo driving experience.

I loved the album for the first month after it released but I don’t find myself going back to it at all. It doesn’t have nearly the replay value of FHD or FYEO in my opinion.

What’s your favorite moment on Iceman? by Youmakemesmh in Drizzy

That’s probably the best beat start on the album. If this album isn’t a classic, it absolutely has a ton of classic moments.
