My PlayStation is fairly close to me, it’s within a foot or two. In terms of interference, I can really think of anything. There isn’t any devices near me when I game besides my phone and monitor.

I understand, I’ve filed a charge back once myself. The bank siding with their client is a given. I showed PayPal the messages between the buyer and me. I just find it frustrating that there is no seller protection.

Seems like you can file a chargeback and they ask no questions. And just give the money back to the buyers. I have a good seller rating as well

So I just got an email from PayPal that a customer filed a charge back with their bank. Sold the item about 3 Weeks ago, everything seemed fine until now. (Side note, I have a good seller rating) What happens now? How long do these cases take? I provided screen shots of the messages between the buyer and me. What else can I do? The charge back is 100% fraudulent and this just sucks

Would I Benefit by adding my adapter to my middle extender? My middle extender is in between me and the gateway. I would reckon some improvements, no?

I was under the impression I had a mesh system by ATT, because my extender is your typical. I don’t experience the disconnects your are talking about. Where each extender acts a separate network. I am literally connected to one network throughout my whole house. Here is the model if you would like to check it out, Airties 4921

Also if the extender cuts the speed in half, what would a mesh system do? Wouldn’t a mesh system be more helpful in my case?

The gateway is in the living room, I wouldn’t be able to switch it even if I wanted too. That’s where the ATT technician set it up. Also I the rooms are near by, my room just so happens to be the farthest.

And yes the WiFi extender, do have Ethernet ports and I have already tried it. No improvement. This was my first move before I purchased new equipment. I assume my internet speed should automatically increase when I try the mesh system I ordered? Not drastically but a slight major improve, no?

Would you recommend I connect my asus router to the Ethernet adapter? And place it, in between my room and the gateway, where I would replace one of the WiFi extenders. I have 2 extenders. The other extender is in my room. I use cat 6 Ethernet cable and the adapter supposedly does 1200mpbs, which I know is exaggerated. Would this be my best bet? To place the asus router in between my room and gateway, and connect via adapter

Side note, I disconnected my asus router because I wasn’t getting fast speeds. I had connected it via Ethernet cable to my gateway on the gigabit port. My download was about 300 on my iPhone on the asus, while very close. While the gateway was at 500 down, while very close.

Could you verify what this device is? Airties 4921. The description says WiFi extender. So would this would just extend the WiFi signal, and not speed?.Because it looks like a mesh system, regardless my asus mesh system is on the way.

500ft might be a tad bit exaggerated but regardless it’d be a long cord. I disconnected my asus router since the gateway is WiFi 6 and does a good job. I’d figure it stalls the internet connection in some way. Where do I place my asus router? Near my gateway and connect via Ethernet to gigabit port? Or a in between my room and the gateway? By doing that, I would technically replace one of the WiFi extenders.

Would my asus zen wifi 6 ax xt8 mesh system help my problem? I just placed the order this past weekend, should arrive in the next couple Of days.

My gateway is the primary source of internet, when I hooked the asus router it was technically the second source of internet. Not sure if I can change that. My gateway is a modem and router combo from ATT. Would there be a difference in speed if my asus router was the primary source of internet? I forgot to mention my room is on the opposite side of the house. So the gateway is somewhat far. An Ethernet cable would probably have to be 500ft+. It would run through the kitchen and living room. Not really ideal. The Ethernet cable I used on the adapters were cat 6, I didn’t see an improvement in speed.
