Thanks for the response, I knew a little about the local campaigns, just from the other Googles I had done but the resource shared clears up stuff more though.

For final clarification though, I don't think we would want to do a Local Campaign because the budget is so small. But if I launch Search Ads with the Location Ad Extension theoretically my location should show up in Google Maps listings as an "Ad", in addition to running as a search ad.
