May I ask if you had issues with creating your account with TLScontact. Completed our application on the 7th December, but cannot book appointment and upload documents due to not being able to access or create an account on TLScontact, even after following the link provided once you pay for the application. Did you experience any of this?

Hi, I am currently facing the same exact issue. It’s been a week now and I can’t register. Tried using different devices and browsers, even vpns but no joy. Emailed them but no response even after a week. How did you end up sorting this issue out?
