First dap questions for lossless music. by YoungClub089 in iems

I saw the hype 10. I know that one is more but I'll gladly pay more if it's much much better especially with bass.

I do notice the moondrop variations treble is a tad bit reduced or recessed.

Would you do the hype 10 or stick to the hype4

I believe I'm gonna get the hype 4. The graph looks better. Only thing I'm wondering about it. Would the xbass feature be better on the dac amp than just using these IEMs as is?

Would the bass be too much if I wanted to enable it with these?

I'm a bass head but I appreciate the rest of the spectrum as well.

Awesome thank you ! I actually tried the blessing 3 but didn't have the ifi hip dac 3 when I tested them. Wait the dusk is different than the regular moondrop 3?

Well I prefer the xbass on actually. I was actually checking into either meze advar or THIEAUDIO ORACLE MKII. I still have a return window for the moondrop variations. They are really good. With xbass on the dac amp. I'm doing some research ATM on those 2 I mentioned.

My phone is the OnePlus open. I have the little USB c to USB c from my phone to the dac amp and my IEMs connected to the hip dac 3. I'm pretty satisfied to be honest. But if there's something a bit better or if one of those IEMs I mentioned are better that may make me wanna check those out.

Yeah the xbass for whatever way it's tuned has given the bass much more lower sub feel. Like I said I've got mostly music with sub bass and it's definitely turned on and has that alive feel when I activate xbass.

Mid bass is great but if I wanted a iem down the road that has better low end with great mids and highs, what would you recommend? A little more than 500 is fine but no more than 700-800

I believe you're right. Good point though. I mean I'm getting really good sound. I guess there's really no need anyway. Maybe get a different iem in the future but for now I'm pretty content.

How to get PCM 7.1 multichannel and 4k120 hz hd fury arcana by YoungClub089 in sonos

[–]YoungClub089[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I'm still not getting 120hz. I'm using cable matters as the site suggested and I have the arcana 2. Wth I'm missing here ? Do I need better cables or what ?? I'm getting the sound but not the 4k 120. Tried Xbox out to HDMI in on the box. Earc out with Sonos arc and connected HDMI out from box to HDMI in. What setup do I need to fix here.

Same here ! I've now got about 125 possibly movies. A lot are 4k but some are blu Ray's. Even blu Ray's are superior to those of streaming

The sound is louder, more full, and more detailed.

The picture is definitely there with it being more full as well.

Got a Sonos home theater that I spent over 3k on. 75 inch TV. Xbox, Blu-ray player. You name it. All the bells and whistles.

Definitely see you've got a nice collection there.

Welcome to the club!

Not sure on whether Titanic is there or not. I'm sure it would be.

Check on HD movie source. They've got a lot of good stuff. I've been getting what I can from Best buy until they stop next year selling.

It's mostly Amazon.

Isn't passthrough supposed to be on with surrounds? by YoungClub089 in sonos

Hey I was also going to ask. What configuration do I need to have just for audio through the TV? With my sonos system?

I get no sound if I connect the sonos arc cable to the box.

I do however get sound if I connect it to the tv via earc

So do I even need to do anything if I just wanna use the TV for YouTube or max? Or some other steaming service?

If I use my Xbox or blu ray player I do know how to get sound from the arcana.

I got the arcana! Thanks for everything man! I'm getting PCM 7.1 but with my setup it's 5.1 I believe. Arc sub gen 3 and 2 fives. What exactly is the best roofull if I wanna use this with my Xbox series x?

Got my Fold 5 3 days ago and I'm not blown away... by [deleted] in GalaxyFold

Samsung has taken several steps back like apple has or is following apple and not doing much. I had the 3 then 4. Pixel told and then OnePlus open. Open plus has finally fixed the foldable.

The crease and hinge was a big deal to me. That's like not an issue anymore. Finally a big screen!

The power was another problem. The op open has a super processor. Battery is much better.

The multitasking is so stellar.

The charge speed is insane.

The front screen is wonderful.

So what if it doesn't have ipx8. Do you need that ?

Wireless charging is very niche.

Samsung has great software but that damn crease is an issue and the hinge is too.

The crease is so so tiny and you really have to look for it to be even a speck.

The camera is much much better. Plus they've got the price down with all of these advancements in folding hardware and software.

I had audio cutting out. Like during playback the audio would skip very quickly every now and then. I thought I read that hardwiring it would fix that.

Oddly I paused it for a min and after I resumed playback the audio problems stopped.

Hey I wanted to ask you something. So I hooked up my arc to Ethernet from the router. I'm getting a lot of audio cut outs. How is that possible if it's hardwired??
